My wife use the dong quai herb root and this was a great find to get in a liquid along with the other ingredients. You get a 2 month supply. The taste is sweet and there is no smell.

I could this supplement very easy to take. The included dropper made it easy to measure out the right amount. I added to water and did not note an unpleasant taste. No stomach irritation or nausea after use. I will continue to use to see the overall premenopausal support effect.

I’ve taken this in a pill form before and wanted to try this version. I mix it with my preferred liquid drinks depending on what I am feeling. Need to try this for longer period but working well so far!
